At Tina Neely’s Web Store, our return policy is valid for 30 days from your purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t provide a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging.
Receipt: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Manufacturer: Please do not send the purchased item back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Gift cards, downloadable software products, and select health and personal care items.
Partial Refunds
Books showing signs of use.
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange, email us at {info@tinaneely} and send the item to our physical address.
Gifts
If the item was a gift marked as such and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will refund the gift giver.

Cost: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
